Dr. Michael Polski is a member of A4M (the American Association of Anti-Aging Medicine) and ABFM, practicing “Functional and Regenerative” Medicine for over 20 years. This has included case studies and learning from the world’s top authorities on bio-identical hormone therapy including supplements, compounded creams, and bio-identical hormone pellet insertion.

Dr. Polski has also worked for many years in the ER for an Orthopedic and Spine Hospital and performed many joint aspirations and injections. He is currently certified for injections of PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) for Orthopedics and other applications.

Miranda Padilla LMT, MMP

Medical Massage Practitioner

Miranda has always enjoyed observing and studying about movement and how the body works. She has been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2017 and has taken every opportunity to keep learning and expanding her skill set in massage and manual therapy to help a wider variety of people. Her most recent certification as of May 2021 is Medical Massage Practitioner.

Being Dr. Polski’s daughter, she has helped around the office in a variety of ways since she was a little girl, through high school, college, and now. She is excited to be able to serve as referral coordinator and provide massage services.

When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and baking cupcakes.

My name is Connie and I’m the receptionist at Arise MedSpa. I grew up in this area and Dr. Polski has been my family doctor for years. I love having the opportunity to work in a clinic that serves the community in so many ways.

Gisell grew up and lives in Cleburne, Tx. She graduated from Granbury Medical Assistant School in Granbury, Tx where she obtained her CCMA. With an interest healthcare and a passion to care for people led her to choose a career in Medical Assisting. During her free time she likes to be active by going to the gym, taking hikes, and spending time with her family and friends.

Joshua Garcie CMAA, MBA-s

Practice Manager

After spending over 10 years as a supervisory officer in the private security sector, I was offered a role in freight logistics.

I quickly adapted to this role and opened my own freight brokerage after a few years. When the pandemic hit, I sought out a position I could contribute to helping others through this difficult time.

After spending some time in hospitals, I transitioned into my current position where I could have a more hands-on role helping others.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, and kayaking.

Josh has a variety of certifications including: CTT, CMAA, CLC, a BA in Humanities and is a current MBA student.
